Il nuovo Dom Pérignon Rosé 2008 è un vino drammatico e profumato, ricco di aromi di arancia rossa, iodio, agrumi dolci, pesca e pera mescolati a sentori di pane tostato imburrato, fumo e spezie. Corposo, materico e avvolgente, con una concentrazione formidabile, acidi filanti e una spuma morbida, chiude con un finale lungo e penetrante. Deriva la sua tonalità intensa dal vino rosso prodotto dal Pinot Nero coltivato nei lieux-dits Chants de Linottes ad Hautvillers e Vauzelles ad Aÿ.
